Microsoft Outlook,
part of the Office System, is an all
pervasive and favored application
at the desktop to manage contacts.
Its main strengths are its email and
calendar facilities, however, users
have to "Alt Tab" to other
systems to gather relevant information
from applications, data sources and
multi channel sources. Pierbridge
identifies and harnesses this information
quickly and easily, deploying it is
a context sensitive manner within
the Outlook interface. This reduces
the need to move through other systems
