The Challenge

The UK 200 Group by its nature is a diverse and disparate organisation which manages its members from a central office. As with many organisations, they have grown over time and the information on their members has been recorded into disparate systems over time. As a result, achieving single view of a member is difficult. Even more challenging is identifying historical information on members as the range of services the members offer is extensive. UK 200 Group need a clear and intimate understanding of their members if they are to offer them the levels of service they demand.

To date, UK 200 Group's employees have had to battle with three principle systems which contain member information (from financial status to specialist). They have had to "Alt Tab" between these systems to achieve resolution on an inbound enquiry or spend excessive amounts of time identifying prospective members for an event or service offering which UK 200 Group is organising.

The Need

UK 200 Group needed a solution to deliver single view of the member. Traditional CRM systems were seen as too costly and unwieldy and the entry level solutions too limited in their scope. The ideal system would deliver:

The Solution

UK 200 Group identified Pierbridge as the one vendor who could deliver on every requirement, and more.

Pierbridge's Campaign Manager (PCM) provides UK 200 Group with an easy to use graphical development environment than enables non-programmers to quickly create and deploy projects in a fraction of the time required by other environments. PCM data integration wizard makes it easy for UK 200 Group IT personnel to link data sources of membership information in a code free environment, saving time and valuable IT resources.

Even as PCM enables IT to control deployment and user administration at a server level, Pierbridge radically improves productivity at the desktop level by generating workflows that automate how UK 200 Group employees access and process membership information, maximizing their interactions with members. Employees use the Microsoft "Extended" Outlook from Pierbridge to manage the entire process from searching for members who fit specified crater through to communicating with them via email or telephone and ensuring that an accurate log is made of every transaction.

Best of all, because Pierbridge is build on Microsoft .NET standards, the system is flexible, scalable, and robust enough to grow as UK 200 Group grows.
